Everyone at this practice clearly loves the animals they care for, from the front desk to the vet techs, to the veterinarians. Dr. Pinhasi especially has provided exceptional care for my two cats.One of my cats had a heart murmur last spring, and after a negative (and very expensive) experience with MedVet, I came in to talk about our options to move forward with an unclear Dx for the cause of the murmur. Dr. Pinhasi sat with me for over half an hour talking about our options, potential causes, etc., and at the end of that conversation, she mentioned that sometimes particularly bad ear infections can cause heart murmurs. Sure enough, that was what had happened with my cat, and after several weeks of treatment, his murmur was gone!If I’d been hurried out of the room or given some stock responses, we might not have found the issue. Dr. Pinhasi and the entire staff of Oz Animal Hospital provide top tier care, and I cannot recommend them enough. I’ll never take my cats anywhere else!
The front desk was so kind, easy to reschedule and they had chocolate at the front desk which is perfect for humans that are emotional at the vet.
My dogs HATE going to the vet, but they love Oz! We’ve been going there for years, and I’ve never found a more comfortable vet. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors, charming atmosphere, they always know how to make my pups feel special. (And there’s always candy at the front for pet parents with a sweet tooth too!)
Awesome care and compassion. My recent visit was nothing short of amazing! The moment I walked through the door we were greeted and was treated like family. Facility is a 10/10 Staff 10/10 Treatment 10/10. Would highly recommend.
They were able to handle our insane larger cat without automatically just sedating him into oblivion. He loses his mind at the vet (and only at the vet). We left two vets previously because they couldnt handle him (and b/c the last one kept having him see different doctors who gave us different instructions one what to do). Oz has done amazingly. We switch both cats to them now.
Have been taking my dogs there since 2020. High quality care always. Very well-organized and responsive to clients and insurance on all matters. They regularly email current day remaining availability which makes it easier for more of those needing quick service to be able to get it.
I have already submitted a great review. I am grateful for the care of my dog, Eva, by the vetinarian, the vetinary assistants, and the front office staff (who actually came to find me when I couldn't find the office). Excellent care in all respects. My dog had significantly abnormal lab work, but I am praying that her vetinarian is going to discuss hopeful treatment options with me today.Definately 5 stars in all respects.
I have two dogs and a cat and Oz does an amazing job of listening to my concerns and explaining my options. They always explain the costs of procedures to me before I commit to them. My fur kids always love going as well! They feel like Little Rock stars
My daughter and I took her fur baby to Oz for the first time. The staff was very friendly and upfront about all services and charges. They made us and our kitty feel very comfortable and safe and explained everything very well. The waiting area has water, tea and coffee, which is nice. I’m very happy to have found a vet close to home!
Just switched to Oz Rogers Park from a local vet office that went corporate. I couldn’t be happier! They are super friendly, accessible, respectful, professional, and patient. The front desk folks are attentive, and the waiting area has a calm vibe. They listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, gave me options, and it never felt rushed. Procedures are also less expensive at Oz than my old place. And best of all, my reactive dog was laying on the floor getting belly rubs five minutes into the appointment. So thankful to have found them, and that they are just a few blocks away!
